UNDERSTAND THE BENEFITS & SIDE-EFFECTS OF TREATMENT

Medication Consultation

Chosen’s Model of Care includes a consultation and educational service for parents considering or already using medication as part of their child’s treatment. While Chosen does not prescribe medication, our board-certified family nurse practitioner helps parents understand the benefits and side-effects of treatments prescribed by the family’s medical provider. These consultations are offered with a trauma-informed, educational focus designed to aid parents in making decisions about their child’s treatment.
