Erika Pfluke is a Care Manager and Intake Specialist at Chosen. She will be the first person your family connects with. Her empathy and personal experience will give you an immediate understanding of Chosen’s welcoming environment.
Erika holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a Trauma Competent Caregiver trainer. She has been involved in the adoption community since 2009, when she and her husband began the process to adopt their daughter from China. Their eyes were opened to the plight of vulnerable children, moving them to travel to China two more times to bring home another daughter and a son. Coming alongside adoptive families is her great joy, and she is passionate about equipping and encouraging others for this journey.
