Care Manager

Nikki has a zeal for making an impact in the lives of families, children, and communities. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, fondly known as FAMU. Nikki’s deep desire to equip families with tangible tools to be successful led her to become certified as a Relationship Enhancement Facilitator, providing relationship training through workshops. A practitioner of Triple P, as well as a practitioner of Love Notes, a curriculum developed by the Dibble Institute.

NIkki has been able to equip teens, and adults with relationship skills in order to make healthy relationship decisions. Nikki has spent over 10 years advocating for children and families affected by the Child welfare system. Her experience as a Certified Child Dependency Case manager increased her capacity to provide empathy, compassion, and grace. Nikki has a special place in her heart for youth who are facing the challenge of waiting to be adopted. In her role as Wednesday’s Child Program Coordinator in Atlanta, she advocated for youth facing adoption. Nikki is excited to embrace Chosen’s mission to help children, youth, and families prevent and heal from trauma and maltreatment through relational connections.

Nikki has an adult daughter and is a proud grandmother. She enjoys nature, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and living a life of purpose.
