Wanting every child to heal from trauma and flourish in a healthy home environment is why Trish works daily to support Chosen’s mission. Trish finds it a privilege to use her skills in supporting Chosen’s founder and CEO and perpetuating the organization’s vision.
Trish came on board in 2021 as the Executive Assistant to founder and CEO Jenni Lord. Having served as an executive assistant since 1991, Trish brings many years of administrative experience to her role at Chosen. Trish has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from Azusa Pacific University. Through the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, she is certified in Basic Faith Formation with specializations in Catechism, Youth Ministry, and Early Childhood and is a Master Catechist having completed her studies in Archdiocesan Advanced Catechetical Ministries. Trish also completed Catholic Leadership Institute’s Lay Ministry Development: Tending the Talents.
As an adoptive parent, Trish brings life experience to her role and greatly supports Chosen’s mission. Being a part of adoptive parent support groups over the years has led Trish to appreciate the importance of parent coaching and mentorship for adoptive parents. Trish firmly believes that a support network is key and no one should journey through foster or adoptive parenthood alone!
Trish is active in her church as the Director of Evangelization and Faith Formation, serving parishioners from early childhood through adulthood on their faith journey. Trish enjoys watching her son play high school football and volunteering on his school’s Parent Teacher Fellowship Committee.
