Wade is a promotional-focused relationship professional with 28 years of non-profit experience creating and building long-term networks of clientele, national partners, and donors and leading others to do so. He is passionate about connecting the Church and marketplace with national and global initiatives, communicating both the need and inviting others into action. Wade enjoys working across cultures with an enthusiasm for connectedness.

Wade began his time in the non-profit sector with Choice Books, a national distributor of Christian inspirational books, then continued at Samaritan’s Purse, a global humanitarian aid organization. During his time there, his passion developed for child welfare as he led the Strategic Partnerships team of Operation Christmas Child, a project that reaches millions of children around the world with the Gospel each year. Wade joined Chosen in 2023.

Wade has been married to his wife for 13 years and together they are raising two sons and a daughter who most recently joined the family through foster care and adoption. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, any and all outdoor activities with his family and cooking. He could also be considered a “foodie”. The family’s recent relocation to Nashville has been advantageous to their love for live music.
