Thank You For an Incredible 15 Years
For the past 15 years, we’ve had the honor of supporting countless families.
We have watched you show up with love, hope, and determination for the children in your care. We’ve seen the effort you’ve made—the long days, the small wins, and the big breakthroughs—and have celebrated every moment of joy right alongside you. Being part of your story has truly been an honor.
After a thorough review of our financial and operational standing, and much consideration, the Board of Directors has made the decision to close the operations of Chosen. This decision comes after identifying irreversible financial challenges which ultimately made continued operations unsustainable.
But this is not the end of the story.
A heart for helping families connect and thrive has always been at the center of Chosen and now, we’re carrying that same passion into something new.
Though Chosen’s chapter is ending, a new organization—ConnectionPlus—is launching to continue the mission of strengthening families and caregivers with the same model of personal care and practical resources you’ve come to trust.
