Carrington’s expertise to guide Chosen’s U.S. expansion
San Antonio, January 25, 2021 –Bo Carrington, founder of BCA Executive Consultants, has joined CHOSEN’s Board of Directors. Carrington is known throughout the community for his energetic support of nonprofits and his significant leadership ability.
“Bo’s appointment to our board takes place at a pivotal time,” said CHOSEN Board President, Dennis Noll. “CHOSEN is on the precipice of a significant expansion, spurred by new partnerships throughout the country. His experience in leadership cultivation will help guide CHOSEN through this expansion.”
Carrington comes to the CHOSEN board with extensive experience in executive coaching. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the area C12 group and works with over 24 CEOs/business owners in the San Antonio area. For 20+ years, he has used data-backed insight to transform the HR landscape of organizations of all sizes throughout the country and has helped organization leaders develop and refine their skills. Prior to his career in executive coaching, Carrington served in the U.S. Air Force.
