Alejandra dedicates her life to giving a voice to underserved individuals utilizing unwavering empathy and a tireless spirit. She brings along expertise in trauma-sensitive practices, crisis prevention and intervention, and curriculum training and development.
She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education from The University of Texas and is certified as a TBRI® Practitioner. This inspired a passion for sharing knowledge to bring awareness and foster learning in diverse settings. As an advocate for Trauma-Informed Care, her mission is to uplift and transform lives through healing and resilience in hopes of a more compassionate society.
For Alejandra, her faith is the cornerstone of who she is today. Together with her husband, she serves as a Board Member in her church and is on a never ending pursuit of ensuring her faith remains a guiding force in her life.
Outside of work and church, you can find Alejandra reading about self improvement to increase her self-awareness, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and discovering new culinary experiences.
