Rachelle has a passion for making a difference in the lives of families and children. She joined Chosen in May of 2022 as a Care Manager in Texas.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (Early Childhood) from Wayland Baptist University. She also holds a master’s degree in Education from Liberty University.

Rachelle has experience as a Head Start Director building teamwork, trustworthy relationships with families, increasing community involvement, and assisting in the growth of children in their educational needs. She also has experience as a county Librarian, improving the needs for the children and teen areas with grant writing and hosting summer reading programs. Rachelle began a teen volunteer program for the library.

Her experience as a foster case manager built long-lasting relationships with families and their adopted children. As a community education advocate, Rachelle taught a curriculum called Expect Respect teaching over 50 classes a month on teen dating violence awareness in a variety of schools, along with being a public speaker on domestic violence awareness throughout the community. Rachelle hosted a Teen Dating Violence Awareness event sponsored from a variety of donors throughout the state of Texas with a participation of over 50 attendees. This cause holds a special place in her heart.

Rachelle is married to her husband, Marcus and have 4 grown children and grandbabies. She enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, traveling, watching and attending sports events, and serving in the church.
