I am a mom, baker and a runner. I live in Austin, Texas. I have  been running for 12+ years and participating in half marathons and marathons since 2010. My first race was the Chosen Half Marathon back in 2010.  My friend invited me to participate and when I learned their mission I sign up immediately. I was adopted when I was little along with my 3 brothers, so the mission of this half marathon is very close to my heart.  Running is part of my life, like the coffee I never drink. I love to spend time with my family and when I am not running I am baking or volunteering somewhere.
