Danny McDonald currently serves as General Counsel at Cal-Tex Protective Coatings, Incorporated, the largest manufacturer and provider of automotive appearance protection solutions in the U.S.  In this role, Danny leads Cal-Tex’s legal, risk management, and compliance team.

Danny holds a Bachelors in Business Administration degree from Harding University, as well as Masters in Professional Accounting and Juris Doctorate degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.  Over the course of his prestigious career, Danny he has served in senior legal, risk management, and compliance roles with several large corporations in Texas.  Prior to attending law school, Danny served as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP.

Danny is a resident of Boerne, TX, where he lives with his wife Christy and three children.  As a father of two daughters with Down syndrome, including one adopted daughter from Lithuania, he is passionate about helping people maximize their potential and providing a healthy, loving home to children who have experienced trauma.
