Sara Nilsson is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, business development and operations leader in the field of behavioral health. She has worked in the for profit and nonprofit space, launching and scaling behavioral health service lines. Sara is driven to increase access to high quality behavioral health services so that preventative services for children and families can be easily accessed.

Her genuine passion for expanding services, increasing impact, and her trauma informed approach, comes from her own personal story. Sara is particularly aware of the pain that trauma can leave in its wake and the outcomes that can occur if a survivor does not have adequate access to quality services. Sara is committed to driving Chosen’s mission forward through establishing partnerships that allow us to broaden our reach to the most underserved populations.
